Mystery extruder

This came with my DIY Tech shop kit. I didn't like how it only had one mounting hole for an (additional) grovemount, because it had one built in.
So i printed a Greg's v6 j-head, but just ended up using a groovemount i printed.
Here's my question: has anyone seen this extruder before? It is so nice to have that little window there (where the built in mount is) when loading filament, that i'm thinking of putting a hole in the Greg's v6 model and printing it again. If there is a proper one out there with both groovemount holes i could just print that.
It's pretty nice to just stick a screwdriver in there and watch your filament drop right down into the hot end.
