temperatures problems suddenly

I have print many things,everything was working perfet until today ,i connet reprap Gen7 1.4.1 and bed temperature is 181 and hot end 404!!
I cannot find where is the wrong. Those values does not change even if i unplug thermistors! If i set bed temperature to 200, it does not rise up, it stays at 181. I have connect-reconnect,reset,
What is wrong????

I think i found the problem but i cannot resolve it. I replace 2 capacitor 3 capacitors CT1, CT2 , C19 but the problem persist.


RT1 = 10k
RT2 = 100k
Those 2 resistors are ok. But when i measure RT2 resistors with atmga1284p on board , RT2 is below 1k .

I found that on my hot end, on of the thermistor pin and one of the resistance heater was short circuit!
So, i am sure PA0 (pin 40), PA1 (pin39) are destroyed.

And the questin is, how could i take another 2 intputs from atmega, one for thermistor bed and one for thermistor extruder? I don't konw how to program teachup firmware, could somebody done it for me?
