Starting to commission my reprappro mendel and long story short the hot end fan isn't spinning.
I'm sure i've snipped the right wire and attached the other two up correctly. Voltmeter is showing +12V running through the fan wires and the blue LED light is coming on. But it still won't spin. Given a flick a few times and it spins for a moment then stops dead. The centre motor is heating up as well.
What have I done wrong?
