Big problems after upgrading a RepRapPro Mono to a Tricolor Mendel

Since I uploaded the existing melzi board with RepRapPro's multimaterials marlin software I have issues with heatbed and extruder drives:
- Heatbed is switched on and off repeatly all the time instead of switching on until wanted temperature is reached.
- All extruder drives don't move.
The serial connection between master and slave melzi is ok. All three hotends work fine.
I used Arduino 1.0.5 and also tried 1.0.4 to compile and upload without success.
Compiling was done with some warnings but no errors - see attached file.
After going back to marlin for mono mendel I got problems as before
Maybe there is a problem with compiling, but I have no compiled files for uploading with avrdude.
