Feed issues

I am having some sort of feed issue. My printer will print perfectly if I hold pressure on the filament just before entering the extruder. If this is not done, there is apparently not enough pressure on the filament to extrude correctly. I have tried increasing the temp, as that would lower the resistance of the filament entering the tip, but that also did not work.

I have attached pictures of my extruder, tip, and the inside of the feeding mechanism.

I am using a MakerGear V3b tip with a .35 mm hole and 1.75mm filament.

From ur pic it would appear to me that you should tighten the screws on the bearing holder.
