sebastienb: might need to stick a post in the forum somewhere explaining the name change, or folks might wonder what happened to all the FiveD on Arduino thread.

Will do! grinning smiley

Hey folks! We've renamed the "FiveD on Arduino" Firmware to "Teacup" Firmware to distinguish it from "FiveD".

Is there a wiki on this? Thanks!

First hit if you search for "Teacup" in the Wiki. First hit if you search for "reprap teacup" in Google. You can't miss it.

I think people are accustomed to the new name now. Can we make this thread non-sticky?

Thanks.

Maybe post the request in the "forum admin" section.
Re: Teacup Firmware. Graycode.c.

Am attempting to get teacup working with greycode stepper instructions rather than
step-dir.

I uncommented the X-Y-Z greycode definitions in graycode.c

What else should I do to get it to work.

Many thanks to any that can help.

Pete

I fear you're pretty much on your own here, Pete. There was only one user of this part of the code and I'm not even sure wether he got this working. It might help to step back in the git repo to a point where greycode was freshly introduced and work from there. Github can show the history of single files, which helps finding out when this was. Or use gitk and git blame.
