marlin(arduino mega) strange G code explanations

i am using marlin firmware for my diy 3d printer (make use of old disc drivers). there is a srange behavior on Y axis. each time, when i want to print the shape (x/y axis view) of the left side(in the attache picture), the heater route will be like the one on the right side. there is some "distortion" on the Y axis when making serveral 90 degree turns (note, not only for the shape as displayed on the left side but for all similiar shapes). if i print a rectangle, there is no "distortion". those "distortion" didn't appear on the windows (using either repetierhost or pronterface), but the actual prints have those distortions. (it means the heater‘s moving route is different than the simlation on the windows, it might be G code explanation issue?)

has anyone encountered similiar problem? many thanks's
