At times while printing, the head gives out excess material and that gest deposited on the printing area, so the next layes gets drifted when the head strikes the bump created by the excess flow of material, it finally spoils the job, please advise, how to solve this problem.
Did you have a look at the G-code your host is sending to the controller? Pronterface has a "Debug G-code" checkbox in it's main menu, use this to find out. (BTW., which host, which slicer, which firmware? we have plenty of them.)
