Extruder travelling out printing range

When i run the g-code G29 the 9 chosen which are chosen by the firmware will scan less then half of my bed size. And when i do a pull print that will take 95% of my printing area, the extruder will travel outside of Y-positive range on the . The funny part is that i have same values set up in Repetier-Host V1.6.2 and i can't use manual control to make the extruder travel outside the printing range when im not printing.

Bed Size : 220 x 280
Marlin 1.1.0-RC8
Arduino 1.6.8 ( also tested with 1.8 )
Printer : Tevo Tarantula ( Pursa i3 chinese nock off )
Main extruder ( right )
Secondary extruder ( left ) : -17.5 mm distance to main extruder
Autoleveler ( metal detector ) : located between two extruders, Y-axis distance = 20mm
