Iv run into lots of errors which i have explained in a different thread here. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

You don't even tell us which hardware you try to get running. "Stepper Motor Driver 1.2" hints to a Generation 3 Electronics, an ATmega328 is used in none of the RepRap electronics.
