Prusa i3 board mega2560 motors just go one way and appears ?,y ?,x ?,z on the display and change every 3 seconds, please how to fix it i think is the G-code but i don't know how to change it

The flashing ? Means that you haven't homed the axes.

If the motors are only going in one direction, check the endstops with M119. When none are being depressed, they need to show open.
