Flow 0 in Marlin

Anyone know what "Flow 0" is on the LCD tune menu? My guess is it's the same as "Flow" but only for the first extruder.

Ok if nobody knows/uses Flow 0, does anyone use Flow? It works great for me, thus the inquiry into Flow 0. I adjust Flow a lot, and within a few seconds you can hear/see the Wades gear speed up.
