Bed Temp too accurate - print not starting.

Hi all.

Spent this weekend upgrading my RAMPS Huxley to the latest (1.0.2) version of Marlin.

After going through setting it up and then having a lot of fun(!) re-doing the menu I have an odd issue: The print won't start.

My initial G-Code heats the bed to temp - and waits for it to get there, before homing and heating Nozzle etc. Printing ABS, bed set to 105C - the LCD states that it gets there, the little LED on the bed flickers to show it's maintaining temp, but nothing else.
Printing from Pronterface I see that the temp gets to 104.8ish. Enough to roll over the no decimal place LCD readout, but not enough to register in the code.

I can make it start by knocking the bed temp down to 104 - it see's that it's over it, all is good; lets print.

I have PID autotuned the bed with no difference. I sort of thing I need it to overshoot?
Can I set a "close enough" temp?

Any thoughts?
I'll post any files you require.

Many thanks,
Michael.
