Hi,
I recently bought the Vulcono from e3d and now I need more juice in my extrusion system. I still have the 5th driver slot empty on my RAMPS so I want to get a 2nd controlled that way. However all I can find is how to enable marlin for dual extrusion. Is there a some blog entry, tutorial out there that has done this? How would I command the 5th slot to be slave to the normal extruder?
