Marlin echo bed heating pin

Is there any neat way to echo bed heating pin (8) to another pin (4)? So both work at the same time, I have plans for extra heating resistor for higher temps. If not, ugly solution is simply solder wire to power fet and steal 5V from there. Did some tests adding pins.h file extra pin and defining this on temperature.c or something similar 
But actual code is difficult to read without any comments.
