Just set up an LCD w/ SD card on my RAMPs 1.4 w/ Marlin (which ever version was live on 3/11/14).

Everything works great, but when I try to print from an SD card I get large random unpredictable moves interspersed in the print. Sometimes offsets will accumulate as well as if the printer is missing steps (but its not).

If I print the exact same file from a PC via pronterface and USB, it works fine.

Im just guessing here... from something similar I experienced.

if you uploading to sd via pronterface, not all of the pronterface interface is disabled, so if you attempt to move a axis or turn temp off (as I found the hard way) those codes are put into the middle of your gode file.
