One axis moves down at start of printing

Hi everybody,

I am very close to finishing my delta-pi printer. However I am encountering a very odd problem. When I tell the printer to warm up for PLA, everything works as expected, including homing. When I start printing, the printer goes to the starting position (just above the middle of the bed). After that one axis (the one connected to the X on the RAMPS) goes all the way down at the same speed of homing until I hit the emergency stop I fitted. I am running the most recent version of the delta flavor of Marlin. All the values for the delta printer are entered.

At this point I don't know where to start searching for a solution, so any advice would be appreciated!

My gear
- Reprap Delta-pi
- RAMPS 1.4 and arduino 2560 electronics (http://www.ebay.de/itm/171069251163)
- Most recent Marlin, delta flavor

Has anybody an idea where I can start looking for the source of this problem?
