Hi,

I changed the belt on my X axis. I replaced the black belt against a white polyurethane timing belt. I expected at least the same print quality.
But I now suddenly have ghosting on a print which worked fine before.

Can this be connected to the change of the belt?

It could definitively be related to belt tension and the flexibility and quality of the old belt vs the new one.

OK, so I will try loosening it a bit. I think I made the new one axtra tight as it is stonger. Maybe not the best idea.

And there it is gone. The belt was too tight.
