z axis pully

dose any one have a stl file for 3/8 ready rod, i was just wondering i am not having much luck at the moment trying to modify the ones that i have downloaded

i need the center hole to be 9.4 mm wide. for my z axis pulley's

Will this work? The stl is generated from the parameterized mendel project (openscad).
I'm sorry I had to zip it, but it was just a tad larger than the upload limit unfortunately.

i think that may work. but i dont know if it is just me but the teeth look like a different spacing from the files that i downloaded from the main page.

You're welcome, and yes I'd agree it "feels" different, but they do seem to have the same number of teeth so should be good.

From the openscad file:
//spurs
for(i=[1:20]) rotate([0,0,i*(360/20)])
translate([15,0,11])spur();

For the regular pulleys I had to make the teeth larger to get a good print, but that may be my printer settings. And I haven't tried to print this z pulley.

i was wondering if any one that has more teeth on it, i want to gear a part of mine down a bit more.
