Bodwen extruder problem

Hi all,
I am new to 3d printing and this is my first printer when i try to extrude the cold end (i am using a bodwen)
The filament get stuck as in the pic

Are you sure, the filament passes the heatsink and goes right into the nozzle/heating chamber?

I had a few e3d clones, were the filament was misguided in the heatsink.
I had to unscrew the push fit from the heatsink and fumble with the filament until it found the entrance of the M6 heatbarrier.

yes and if i push it with my hand the filament gets extruded from the hot end easily

Are the drive gear teeth aligned with the bearing properly? They need to be in the middle.

Does it happen all the time? Is the filament too small or is there an adjuster screw somewhere?
