I built a delta rostock printer.
The towers correctly move to high positions when I click on the button Home in Pronterface.
But I have some problem.
The tower Y go opposite direction when I want to move the head in the coordinates X,Y,Z in Pronterface program.
Can you help me?

You have your X, Y and Z on the wrong connectors...

You have 3 stepper plugs, the X, Y and Z stepper are plugged into these 3 plugs.

You have two steppers plugged in wrong.

You need to swap two over.

Which two I cant say.

Try. X and Y
Make sure its all off. Swap X and Y steppers over. also swap the X and Y endstops over.
