Best Recommended Extruder for E3Dv5 Hotend?

I've got an E3Dv5 hotend and a normal NEMA17 stepper motor. What do you most recommend? I was thinking Wade's, but I'm looking for a compact solution, as multiple extruders are in the plans for future upgrades. Also preferable that it is easy to take apart and CNC millable/metal part purchasable. I do not want a single printed core part.

I have made my own extruder driven by a 5:1 ratio gearbox on a nema.
Have yet to try it but i am waiting for some connectors to make the wiring tidier.
