Cheap positioning platform

Mostly interesting because the platform has a nice built-in absolute positioning system, which various people have been talking about. Probably not so practical for a reprap... I'm anticipating a certain amount of innacuracy and speed problems when drawing short arcs. But for smaller cartesian bots this might be practical, you never know.
