The Parts list, the STL Files, and the Wiki Instructions all talk about different types of bearing inserts:

The 360 run types are circular and a clearance fit.
The 360 jam are the same but a tight fit (for the y idler shaft which does not rotate)

180X is oval so it constrains in one axis only.
The other 180 is open at one end and also only constrains in one axis.
