Hope this is the right place for this post. (I found a few topics on use of lego in this forum).
I'm trying to build a reprap out of lego. I've seen a lot of discussion and what seem to be failed attempts - has anyone succeeded yet? So far have got 3 axis motion going and I'm hoping the extruder drive will work, but no evidence yet.
Keen to learn from others and expecting I will need some help getting the extruder working.
I'm also finding that once the parts build is done, there's not much support for calibrating / fine tuning / getting started with printing.. would appreciate any links to articles on these topics as I'm pretty much making it up as I go along now. Not helped by the fact that all my electronics are outdated!
