I need a book scanner work as Treventus Scan-Robot (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hlOQuuLYavY)

Is there a cheaper one?

Thanks

You could probably print/make something like this pretty easily [www.ionaudio.com]

Much cheaper than the Treventus, though much more manual intervention. It was a linked video on the side of the Treventus video you linked!

Also [www.diybookscanner.org] Thanks for the topic, I had a thought about this a couple of weeks ago, didn't pursue it, forgot all about it. Now I've checked it out!
try sending in your book to a place like (www.blueleaf-book-scanning.com) or (www.1dollarscan.com) they do it for you. Those robot scanners are awesome but scanners are expensive, I'd use a service. I was originally looking for the same kind of thing and found this page.
