Upgrade of my old mill

I have upgraded my old mill with a modified reprap-motherboard so the control pins matches the stepdriver board connectors.

My question is how to control the mill engine from the reprap-motherboard?

I bought the kit from zoltar-cnc 8 years ago and the driver is from nc-step.

Hi Lond

From the picture it looks like you have a USB driver board between the PC and stepper board; I assume you have by passed that and wired the stepper motor driver board to the sanguino motherboard?

If so it should be a simple matter of adjusting the firmware skectch for your configuration. Things that will come into play are step and end stop polarity.

The stepper motors are working fine and turning in the right directions. The Z-axis can carry a load of ~2kg.
Next thing to do is to make the endstop pcb and mount them on the machine.
After that the emergency switch connection and the control relay of the mill-engine.
