It is done.

The toolhead is a tight fit and should work just nicely.

* I am currently patching visolate to generate g-code to mill PCBs. (New download-location: [visolate.sourceforge.net])
* These Eagle-scripts may do the job too if no vorinoi is required. (Much more milling then needed without voronoi.)
* I guess Skeinforge with a milling-setting can be used to generate gcode to mill 3d-objects.

Feel free to adapt it to the RepRap Darwin or Mendel as well!
And of cause to the makerbot.

Please tell me how it worked out for you!
Especially if you come up with a way to improve it.

Good news everyone!
I managed to find settings for Skeinforge that seem to work for the RepMan.

So now you can in theory mill 3d STL-objects on the RepMan.

It looks good when executed milling thin air but needs testing.

Ok, Visolate 2.1.0 now can create gcode that happily runs on the RepMan.
* absolute coordinates
* non-shortened gcode (if using absolute)
* metric units
* specify initial xyz-location
* specify z-clearance between cutting and traveling
