How to select Micro-stepping in RUMBA board?

I am using DRV8825 stepper driver.
For 1/32 microsteps / step, I need to select 1 1 1 . But in RUMBA board, I see 3 switches which is covered by something. DO I need to remove the cover to select 1 1 1 from the switch?
Or Are there any other method to select the 1 1 1 for 1/ 32 micro stepping?

Don't remove the Kapton tape, otherwise the switches can change their setting in a vibrating/bouncing environment.
Just use a steel needle or very small screwdriver to push through the foil.
