Thermistors not worked properly

Thermistors not worked properly

Good day.
I made Ramps-FD V2.B from github [github.com] and have a problem with the thermistors. All other works- endstops, stepper drives, heaters. Use Arduino Due with Repetier firmware.
And have such a problem: thermistors not work as should. In Pronterface it shows about 99C in room temperature. When I heated it up to 200C, Pronterface shows about 140C. Thermistors from China, model 100kOhm NTC 3950 specified and 100% working. Checked soldering for few times. Try to specified all types of thermistors in Repetier firmware configurator and in all cases in room temperature shows about 90C and about 120-140C heated up to 200C.
What can be the problem and how can I fix it? Is it program or hardware problem?

Did you check the resistance at room temperature? should be 100.000ohms (100kOhm)
NTC3950 tells nothing about the resistance.

100kOhm thermistor. 88.5 kOhm at 26C room temperature. Edited in the first mesage.

Finally, I found a solution of my problem with thermistors. I unsolder TL431 with 3 resistors, diodes 1N4148, changed R301,R302,R303,R501 with 4.7kOhm instead of 1kOhm, changed R502,R503,R504,R505 with 0R instead of 4.7kOhm. And all works as it should. To be honest, I do not really understand the purpose of TL431 and other components, that I unsolder, and why R301,R302,R303,R501 are 1kOhm instead of 4.7kOhm as on all other boards. Schematic of thermistor inputs in attached file. At first, I tried to make my own thermistor table, tried to change 1k resistors with 4.7k without unsolder other components, but it's not works properly.
Excuse my bad English.
