On my extruder controller board GEN3 Electronic from TechZone died MOSFET. On MOSFET I can see: 738 6-20 N6L. I don't find datasheet on this MOSFET. May I use standard NIF5003N instead of it?

I don't now what ratings have 738 6-20 N6L.
NIF5003N - 42 V, 14 A, Single N-Chanel, SOT-223 Self-Protected FET with Temperature and Current Limit
