I need to know the type of driver I need for my ctc printer. Do I need to get the makerbot driver, or can I use a DRV8825? I had tried a DRV8825 already and think I may have toasted the board, I have a new board but want to be sure befor plugging it in. thanks to anyone who can lend a hand to a newbie.
To do a decision you should look at the stepper, not at the printer built with it. Then you should look at which kind of driver your board needs. Pololu form factor or soldered in ones.
