... depends on the stepper you have - i have some NEMA23 and NEMA17 steppers labeled with 12Volts/0.3Amps or 24Volts/0.4Amps, so here it would be enough.
But the best steppers i have (in respect of max. speed) are designed for lower voltages and currents from 1 to 3 Amps ... here it won't be enough power for the specified torque.
But if you find some 1Amp-stepers with high torque, then maybe the lower torque at 0.75Amps will be enough for your application ... but you have to atach big coolers to the chips ...
