Megatronics v.3 issue

Tried search but it didn´t get me anywhere with this.

So today I installed some new fans for my prusa i3. I accidentally stabbed witch my pliers to 5V terminal probably causing a short circuit. Red light blinked. After installing fans i tried to print. Heatied bed works, extruder heats up, x-axis works BUT Y- OR Z-AXIS WONT WORK. Pronterface doesn´t give me any errors. What could be wrong? I tried to check the fuses and F2 fuse says ok to multimeter, but L1/(f050) fuse says 0 to multimeter, f050 fuse seems to be resettable, but how can I reset it if the prolem is with it? Any help would be SO great!

Fuses would generally stop all motors from working....

You have probably damaged the stepper drivers

Luckily your board is modular, they can be replaced.

First check this is the case

While everything is off, swop the driver from X and Y positions, re test, does X stop working and Y start working? if so You have identified one dead driver..
repeat with Z drivers

If the fault doesn’t move you have probably damaged the main controller.. and you need to replace it
In this case one last thing to try is just re upload your firmware... sometimes you can erase parts of it and re uploading it fixes the corrupted code.
