sd card melzi Ardentissimo : HELP !

Hi there.
I try to use the sd card slot of my melzi without any success so far :
I tried with a 4Go and a 64go with fat32
the card is never recognized. My OS are Ubuntu and Windows7
I tried also to format the 4go card with fat16 via ubuntu but the card was not recognized
Well....since there is nothing the wiki, any help would be highly appreciated.

Ok actually my 4Go fat32 works as well as my brand new fat16 2Go. (I did not try again with the 64go one....)
cannot select my codes files from M23 and contrary to what is written in the seller documentation, init.g at the root directory of the card will not be selected nor printed at Melzi start.
I managed to make it work only from the "sd" menu of pronterface.
what is good to know is the sd card never mounts on the OS, this is normal.
