My printer is Huxley, in Melzi V2, should the voltage should be 0,6V, then I measure if the voltage at the motor potentiometer on the z 0,1V, and the potentiometer was already I swivel maximum. What is the meaning of this situation? Can I fix it?

Your z-potmeter is probably defect or has bad solder contacts.
Also check the resistor which is in series with the potmeter for cold solder joints. ( follow the traces to find the resistor )
