I am having an issue with my print bed moving forward. On the initial move, the motor sounds like it is grinding a little and might move 20mm when it is supposed to move 100mm. The second 100mm move is smooth as it should be. I can move the carriage freely by hand. It homes smooth and trouble free. The tension on my belt is good, I have adjusted the POT on my stepper controller to just above where the stepper fails to move. Here is a video showing 2x 100mm moves followed by homing. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
