HI all, newbie here. I just received a Megatronics 3.0 and am walking through the quick setup guide on Reprap. I have the board powered up via USB, nothing else hooked up, and have uploaded the test firmware (the one provided on the Megatronics wiki). Everything works OK, with one exception. The thermocouples do not show temperatures. Using the serial monitor, i see temperatures from the four thermistor inputs (when i have thermistors hooked up) but no change in values when i have thermocouples hooked up. I will soon be uploading Marlin to the board but wanted to make sure everything works properly first.
Anyone have suggestions on what to diagnose or look for in the test firmware?
