RAMPS 1.4 missing servo headers, where to get them?

My RAMPS 1.4 came preassembled with several pin headers missing.

My board is missing the servo, AUX-1, AUX-2, SPI and AUX-4 pin headers.

I guess this is normal. However, now I want to add an LCD and a servo, so I need to populate the headers. Obviously I could just solder the wires directly onto the board, but as I want to avoid that for practical reasons I would like to ask from where do I get these pin headers? Where are they typically bought from?

Unfortunately I don't have any old electronics around with suitable components that I can scavenge for parts.

Any electronics supply store should have them. Radio Shack, Frys, etc. If you need mailorder than Amazon, eBay, Digikey, etc. They are just standard .1" headers, so either get a dual row by however many positions you need, or get a pair of single row headers.
