Heatbed makes clicking noises

Hi all,

when i connect my heatbed directly to my RADDS, the heatbed itself makes clicking noises. The sound comes directly from the heatbed (Standard 12V 160W Silicon-heater).
If I use a SSR at the same connections the heatbed is silently.
Any ideas?
