You can try
this tutorial its an old page (initial pictures are gen 3), but should work if you have a laser printer that can transfer (not all work good) and you find a paper that also works (again not all do). You can modify the think tracks to make them a bit thicker, and you can use double sided copper cald and toner transfer both sides, just note that if you do use an iron the plastic tape melting will stick, so put a thin paper in between at all times, or you might need another iron to use for clothes. But most of this is also found on that page.
There is a lot of work until you make yourself a working method that is good enough and that has consistent results from board to board.
