inter-built electronics

hi all!

newbie here so excuse if this had been asked before.

1. is it possible to use 1.4 ramps with another built like portabee? i'm not buying a kit so i have to make use of what's available for me.

2. is there any difference on the printing speed if your using one controller over another?

3. what controls the build size? and where can i tweak it?

2. no (with some exceptions)
3. The length of the smooth rods. (and maybe some soft limits in the firmware settings. )

i've seen someone revise the layout of the 8x8 heatbed. turning it to an a4 size heatbed. roughly 8x12. want to try to make one for myself.

is there anyway that i can maintain it's consumption at 11A?
