sleep should be added in setTempRange()

I think there should be a sleep of maybe 100ms after setting the new vref and tempscaler in the function setTempRange() in the file GenericExtruder.java.

without sleep it could happen that the software gets the old temperature measurement from the pic again and increments or decrements the values again.
this is more likely if only the extruder-board is connected.

PS: is this forum the right place to discuss such thinks, or exists there a better place?

yep, this is the right place. i would suggest adding the change in, creating a release, and posting that .zip file up here for people to try. if its a good change, then we'll roll it into the main java host.

edit: oops.

with the latest changes from adrian this is obsolete now (see thread "Extruder _code_update?")

zach, it was such a minor change and problem, that I didn't want to upload a zip-file for testing.
