I just got my 3D printer and it works well. However I am trying to generate my own STL files with a CAD program
I have TurboCAD 19 but that does not have the save as a STL file. To up grade the software to do that is cost prohibitive.
So I have FreeCad, which is supposed to generate STL files. When I try to save my model there is no STL save option
in the pull down. Being a new guy to FreeCAD I know I am not setting my model up right. A few YouTube videos don't seem
to bring the novice up to speed on this. Any one know where I can get a step by step (Syntax) tutorial on the making of a 3D
drawing and then save it as a STL?
