ReplicatorG extruding issues

OK here is my setup

Custom "repstrap" machine hardware
Pre-assembled RAMPS v1.4 w/ Pololus
5D Firmware
ReplicatorG 0024
Mac OSX 10.5.8

I can control the XYZ manually and with GCode no problem, but when I try to add an extrusion codes like:

G21 (metric ftw)
G90 (absolute mode)
G92 X0 Y0 Z0 (zero all a E5 Xes)

M104 S220 T0
G4 P5000
M108 R255
M101

G1 X0 Y0 E5 F2000
G1 X0 Y5 E10 F2000
G1 X1 Y2.5 E15 F2000

the extruder will turn but XYZ will not move. After one line of G1 it stops completely. Heater and thermistor work fine though. I believe I have narrowed the issue down to software or GCode (extruder does spin after all just not at the right time!). Other software like pronterface and reprap host have given me nightmares for installation so I'm trying to stick with ReplicatorG.

Any ideas on what I can do within ReplicatorG to diagnose this problem? Are the other software packages a better bet?

I've tried reinstalling the FTDI drivers, new version of Arduino, reinstalled ReplicatorG, to no avail. Been trying to figure this one out for a week now...not so software savvy I guess. Thanks for any input!

Hi, which version of ReplicatorG did you use? Really the old 0024 ? There's a special version for ReplicatorG 0034 5D. This version has been patched that it works with 5D firmwares.

You can find the version on [code.google.com]

Cheers,
Tazman

Hi
Did you get this to work. I have the same problem with Cupcake CNC. Thanks.
