Bonjour à tous voila j'ai entrepris la construction d'une Delta de base Kossel et je me confronte à des probléme ingérables pour moi l'ordre des axes n'est pas respecté, le z monte quand il faut descendre enfin ,c'est la M***E .

Si ça part dans le mauvais sens tu as deux choix, soit tu inverses deux cables sur chaque moteur soit tu mets des 1 à la place des 0 dans :

Envois "M119" à l'imprimante, si les enstop sont triggered alors qu'ils ne sont pas activé il faut soit retoucher le cablage soit changer les false en true dans :

Repetier c'est du cartésien donc si tu fais 10mm en Z ça se traduit bien en +10mm sur les axes XYZ en delta.

Ce n'est pas un message d'erreur, c'est juste des infos de démarrage c'est paramétrable dans le firmware.

Du moment que quand tu demandes du z+ tu as les trois moteurs qui montent ça veut dire que c'est bien câblé et que ça marche. En delta les trois axes sont sollicités quand tu te déplaces dans un plan (c'est le cas quand tu fait X+ ou Y+ en cartésien).
Après il reste à régler le MANUAL_Z_HOME_POS, les butées, le delta radius les step/mm ...

Maintenant, j'ai des sons type "sifllet" quand je demande un homing et rien ne bouge spinning smiley sticking its tongue out .j'ai l'impression que mes ends stops ne sont pas détectés aussi car quand ils arrivent en haut ceux ci ne s'arrêtent pas

Premier truc c'est de vérifier que les endstops marchent avec la commande M119.

Selon le marlin delta que tu as, tu peux pas bouger le Z depuis le lcd, c'est surement pas très compliqué à rajouter dans le code faudrait s'y pencher.

Merci encore a toi . Alors avec la commande M119, tout est open maintenant mais mes endstops ne sont pas fonctionnels si bien que quand ça arrive en butée (en haut) le moteur continue .

je sais ce qu'est qu'un endstpots et j'ai vraiment tout vérifier (test des cables , echange avec d'autres) mais le souci il ne sont détectés, je pense que c'est dans marlin qu'ils ne sont opératinnels , mais où ??????????

Ca vient pas du configuration.h, si la ramp voit pas les endstop avec m119 c'est que tu as un problème de câblage. Par exemple ca arrive vite de tout décaler sur la ramp et de se retrouver sur les endstop min au lieux des max.

Quand tu fait homing les 3 moteurs doive tourner dans le même sens
L extrudeuse doit remonter
Si c est pas le cas sur un axe inverse. Prise moteur.
Et sa doit s arrêter au end stop
Et tout doit marcher

J'ai eu un pb similaire résolu avec M119 et des tests de branchement.
Mes endstops n'étaient pas fonctionnel.
M119 retournait la même chose que j'active le enstop ou pas.
J'ai décalé la connexion du endstop sur la ramps sur le 2e connecteur (juste à coté) et la M119 m'indiquait bien un changement.

Sous Repetier , quand je demande un homming ça monte et malgré les endstpos ça n'arréte pas il faut que j'arréte avec l'arret d'urgence , quand je veux deplacer le x ou le y j'ai un gros sifflement des moteurs , et ça ne bouge pas spinning smiley sticking its tongue out
