Well this morning the finished print revealed the same results. About 2/3 the way up the print I could see a definite line separation line with the aid of a flashlight. I removed the print and it didn't take much force to separate the print at that line. I thought maybe the issue was sidewalls to thin so I increased from 2mm to 3mm with 4mm bottom. I'm printing 240/75 no fan at 45mm/sec. Photo to follow.
