Using motor stall detection when loading filament

It's possible to use motor stall detection to speed up filament loading, but I've never seen it mentioned on these forums. So I've described how to do it when using RepRapFirmware on a Duet at [duet3d.dozuki.com]. The idea is to feed filament into any Bowden tubes and the hot end quickly until resistance from the hot end causes a motor stall. Then feed filament slowly to prime the hot end

It may be that Prusa's fork of Marlin for the Einsy supports this too, I haven't checked.
