Hi Tleneel,
I placed peltier module as a cooling bed but when temperature given -4degree centigrade it is not responding and when i give high temperature its going low temperature. I want the temperature to be control or is there any where to invert the logic of mosfet like when the board is ON the D10 pins should give 12v

You could place the thermistor to the hot side of the Peltier and control it as usual. You wouldn't know exactly what temp the cold side is, but Peltiers efficiency is so lousy, you'll never reach -4°C anyway. Maybe 10° below ambient...
Make sure, the hot side is on a very large heatsink with fan.
