? Melzi board from cr10.

Are the 2 pin endstop connectors GND and SIG? Or is one VCC?

Trying to advise how to connect our piezo sensor which has 3.3v-5v in, SIG, GND and works NO.

And you want us to do your work for you?
Maybe a incentive like a free probe to the best working solution would help to motivate us who don't get payed for this.

two pin endstops are normally gnd and signal.
Can find no information on this other than a name "Creality Cr-10 3D Printer Motherboard"

I would take a good look at the USB/vreg jumper. As an educated guess the pins are probably: 5v from vreg, input to main board 5v bus, 5v from usb. If so you could make up a two pin connector to replace the jumper, that takes power, and connects it to usb or vreg just like the jumper did. (or just solder a wire to the jumper)

[serious mode] Where would you like your free sensor sent?[/serious mode]

I did find an entry on thingiverse where someone called this board a s-melzi but nothing else.
